1. Wash your hair thoroughly with a gentle daily routine shampoo followed by a nourishing conditioner for clean, nourished and healthy hair. Avoid using hair products containing harsh chemical because in the long term it will leave the hair looking and feeling dry and brittle as it strips the natural oils.
2. Even though the hair gets little greasy due to the hot humid weather, the hair still needs to be kept nourished and moisturised. Give your hair and scalp need a little bit of extra TLC with Hot Oil Treatment!
Take some Almond oil and add about 5 drops of one of the below essential oils and apply directly to the hair and gently massage it into the scalp. Leave on the scalp and hair for 30mins then wash out the oils with a gentle shampoo. After 30mins with a gentle shampoo.
